The Four County Society of Model Engineers developed a modular specification that is backward compatible to the NMRA module specs.  It went through an update/revision in the summer of 2004 to reflect newer technologies.  It is 75 pages with several illustrations, pictures, and drawings.  It covers standard dimensions, benchwork, electrical/wiring, track work, and scenery standards. Due to the document's size, a website download is cost prohibitive as we cannot afford excessive broadband fees.
